To qualify for services, a student must be an American citizen or permanent resident of the United States, registered at the College of Eastern Utah, must demonstrate an academic need for services as defined by the institution, and meet at least one of the following criteria:

1.         First Generation:   Neither of your parents received a Bachelor’s degree before you were 18 years old.

2.         Low-Income:   Your taxable income meets SSS federal guidelines.  You’re most likely low-income if you qualify for a Pell Grant.

3.         Disabled:   You have a documented learning or physical disability (documentation must be submitted to the CEU Disability Resource Center).
